Day 8

Stuck to my diet again today woop woop.
Right before I went to bed I was at 175.6lbs.
So no weight loss but I know it's suppose to gradual anyways.
I guess I'm just typical human and expect result instantly.
I am getting stronger so that's awesome!
Made my first trip "alone" to the gym and I had the gym owner give me some basic tips on what I should work out and so on and so forth.
I also did 30 mins on the elliptical which I'm very proud of!!! (I really don't know why though)
As you can guess though...I'm flipping exhausted. So Good Night!
