DAy 6

Day 6

Just finished my daily work out...about 25 minutes of ab exercises, pushups, lunges, lunge-planks, ans sweating. It may be because I'm indoors but I'm pouring sweat. I think that's a really good  anyways.
I stuck to my diet about 150 calories under a 2000 calorie diet..give or take. I got this handy app on my phone that lets me track my calories easier. So whoop Whoop...
Improvement. I can't feel it today because of my woman hood. It like tanks me some days during it. (shark week is what i call it).
 Also, I feel that I shouldn't push myself to the point of too much pain because I'd rather not injure myself.
