DAy 4

DAy 4 of my lose weight program.
So far I've failed in every way possible.
I haven't stuck to a small calorie diet. I said no caffeine or sugar. Broke that rule almost  always  together.
On the bright side I have worked out 3 out of 4 days. I have been eating way healthier. I still haven't picked up jogging but I'm going to get to borrow the treadmill so that may be good. Watch tv and jog...bahhha fast walk.

I've  even participated in yoga which is way harder than it looks...:)

Also, I want to join a gym but I'm scared......aaah. lol.

I want to feel better about myself...you know?
