Sorry I haven't been able to keep posting everyday but this week I've had to travel for work so I've been extra tired.
I've been keeping my 2000 calorie healthy food and I've been drinking only water. I've been strength training and cardio at the gym 5-6 days a week.
Also, I weighed in at 169.0lbs today, YAY!
